PaTCH Program

Come and join us!

  • Would you like to know more about how and what students learn at school?
  • Would you like to learn how to help your own child at home?
  • Have you thought about volunteering at the school in classrooms?

At Bankstown West we value the role parents and caregivers play in supporting children's learning within and beyond the classroom.

Our school is proud to offer a program for parents called "The PaTCH program".

This program will give parents information about how children learn, and teach parents activities which may be good to use at home. We will also train parents to use those activities in the classroom with small groups of children.

If you are interested in finding out more about the PaTCH program at Bankstown West, we are holding an information session on Thursday 27th July 2017   9.00 – 10.00 in the school library.

Come with a friend to listen to the details – no obligation to commit at all! Ms Webster and Mrs Floyd would love to see you.
