For your convenience, we are introducing online payments for school excursions and activities.
We will use the secure POP system – Parent Online Payments – which transfers you from the school website to a secure Westpac Bank site. You can do this on your smartphone, tablet or computer.
If you wish to use online payments there are certain requirements. You must fill in all fields (see attached) and you must enter the correct descriptions (as listed on the permission note). Also, if you forget to list the receipt number on the permission note we will not be able track your payment.
The instructions may seem complex to begin with but the process is really quite intuitive and once you have used the system once or twice it will be quite simple. The main thing is to remember the descriptions and receipt number.
Also note, there can be NO P&C payments through POP (e.g. P&C BBQs, raffle tickets, membership etc.) and if P&C payments are made by mistake there can be no refunds.
