💪 STAMINA Domain in Our Classrooms 💪
At BWPS, we help students build STAMINA so they can stay focused, bounce back from challenges, and keep going even when learning gets hard. The STAMINA domain is all about developing persistence, resilience, and focus over longer periods of time.
Some examples of STAMINA activities we use in class include:
📝 Goal-Setting Challenges
✅ Students set small, achievable goals to build persistence and celebrate progress.
🧩 Growth Mindset Activities
✅ We teach that mistakes are part of learning and encourage a "keep trying" attitude.
🕰️ Timed Focus Tasks
✅ Students practise focusing for a set time, gradually building longer periods of concentration.

✅ Activities that help students practise sticking with a task until it’s complete.
How you can support at home:
🏠 Help your child set small goals when doing homework.

At BWPS, we support the ENGAGEMENT domain by helping students find joy, interest, and purpose in their learning. When students are engaged, they are more motivated, curious, and connected to what they are doing.
