🌟CHARACTER Domain in Our Classrooms 🌟
At BWPS, we support students to build strong character by helping them understand their personal strengths, values, and how they can make positive choices.
The CHARACTER domain encourages students to develop kindness, honesty, courage, and responsibility - all important traits for success at school and in life.
Some examples of CHARACTER activities we use in class include:
💬 Strength Spotting
✅ Students learn to notice and name their own strengths and the strengths of others.
🎨 Values Art Projects
✅ Students reflect on what values are important to them and how they show them in daily life.
🌱 Acts of Kindness Challenges
✅ Students are encouraged to complete small acts of kindness at school and home.
🧠 Role-Playing Positive Choices
✅ Through role-play, students learn how to apply strong character traits in real-life situations.
🏅 Character Awards
✅ Celebrating character helps students feel proud and motivated to keep making positive choices.
How you can support at home:
🏠 Talk to your child about the strengths you see in them.
🧠 Encourage them to practise kindness and honesty every day.
